What is GoUp Loyalty Programme?

GoUp Loyalty Programme is a new way to reward yourself!
You can register for free and start following your favourite stores that participate in GoUp community. In this way you are enrolled to their unique loyalty scheme. Each store you follow may run one or more campaigns at the same time. For all purchases you make, you collect points that can be redeemed for rewards based on each store’s individual campaign. Stores can also run a cash campaigns. In this case you receive cashback for every euro you spend!

How do I use GoUp Loyalty Programme?

Simply follow your favourite stores that participate in GoUp community. Do your shopping as usual and then scan your unique QR Code on the in-store GoUp tablet. The moment you scan your QR Code, your points are credited under your favourite stores’ loyalty scheme.

 

What is a point?

For each euro you spend you get a point. When a certain amount of points is reached you can earn a reward. Each store runs its unique loyalty programme and you can redeem your points according to their scheme.

 

Do I have a unified wallet for my total points?

No, you have one separate wallet for each store you follow. However, GoUp Loyalty Programme has a visit counter on your profile that shows how many times you used the app. In this way you can earn additional prizes from GoUp!

 

Why should I use GoUp Loyalty Programme?

Because it is nice to earn rewards while changing nothing in your normal shopping routine! Just scan your unique QR Code on GoUp tablet in stores that participate in GoUp community and start collecting points!

 

Who decides about the rewards?

Every store runs its unique loyalty programme and offers their exclusive rewards individually.

 

In which campaign do I participate if a store has more than one running campaign?


You participate in all campaigns! Your points can be used to earn rewards from any campaign you like as long as your point balance is sufficient! At the same time, a store may run a cashback campaign. In this case you concurrently receive cashback for every euro you spend.
For example, a store runs the following three campaigns at the same time:
– Campaign 1: Collect 100 points and receive a free coffee.
– Campaign 2: Collect 200 points and earn a sandwich.
– Campaign 3: Cashback campaign, earn 2% cashback for every euro you spend.
You can choose to redeem your collected points either in Campaign 1 or 2 and at the same time you can cash out with campaign 3 and pay less (or even nothing) on your next purchase.

 

How do I redeem my points or cash out on a specific campaign?

When you reach the target number of points needed for a specific campaign, its progress bar goes bright green. You can then ask the cashier to redeem your points for this campaign. You just scan your unique QR Code on GoUp tablet and get your reward.
If you choose to cash out on a cashback campaign, you just tell the cashier the amount you want to cash out and scan your unique QR Code on GoUp tablet.

 

Why should I use GoUp Loyalty Programme when I make a purchase outside of my area?


Because in this way you can earn even more rewards! GoUp Loyalty Programme has a visit counter on your profile that shows how many times you used the app. Based on this counter, GoUp will occasionally announce competitions where all users will participate. The more scans you make the more chances you have to win extra prizes from GoUp!

 

Push Notifications

You have the option to receive push notifications from GoUp and/or from each store you follow separately.
Push notifications may include information regarding new campaigns, offers and advertisements. In this way you are always updated and you never miss a deal!You can disable push notifications at any time, from your profile or by editing each store’s profile.

Are you a merchant?  Is GoUp Loyalty Programme suitable for your business?

GoUp Loyalty Programme is an innovative idea that will help you keep your customers loyal and increase your revenue! We offer you a digital loyalty program where merchants enjoy all the advantages of hosting a loyalty scheme without investing in infrastructure and resources. At the same time your clients can enjoy the benefits of earning rewards while changing nothing in their normal shopping routine.

 

What is GoUp Merchant Solution?

The GoUp Merchant Solution is intended for Merchants that runs any type and size of Businesses and wants to host their Loyalty Programme in a fully custom and flexible way using cutting-edge way technology. The GoUp hosts two different applications, the Merchants Solution, and the Loyalty Programme. Both applications are free to download, where the Merchant Solution offers several subscription plans to serve various needs.

 

Registration:

How do I create an Account?

The Merchant must enter an active and accessible email address in order to register on GoUp Merchants Solution and be able to communicate with the GoUp support team. The Merchant must select a personalized password that contains at least 6 characters, one uppercase, one lowercase and one number. The selected password must be confirmed for your own confirmation. In following, the Merchant must read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and make sure to understand the documents. After completing these steps, an email confirmation will be sent to your email in order to verify the email address and proceed to the next stage of registration.

 

How do I enter my Business Details?

All the information provided by you in this section must be accurate and complete. By completing the relevant sections, you undertake and confirm the accuracy of such information. You will be entering into a binding contract with ETGA Solutions Ltd and we will be relying on the accuracy of the information provided. Our rights are full reserved.

– Registration Details

You are free to register as an Individual or as an Organization. Depending on the type of registration, the details required later will vary.

Registering as an Individual will require your full name and your identification number.

Registering as an Organization will require your Company Name and your Company Registration number.

– Shop Details

In this section, you must enter your shop name as it will appear on your Merchant Solution main screen, your description as it will appear on the Loyalty Programme favorites list and profile. Furthermore, you must select the category of your business (note: if the category does not exist the drop menu you will be able to suggest the creation of a new category to the GoUp team which will be available after review). Finally, you will have to choose your country.

– Address details

In this section, you will have to add your address details. These details will be used in your Loyalty Programme profile and on the nearby map to be located from various existing or potential customers. Please be cautious to add these details correctly.

After completing the Business Details section, you will be prompt to confirm your details and proceed to the final step of your registration.

 

How do I upload my Business Logo and Images?

Upload Logo and Images:

In this step you will have to upload your business logo and three images of your preference as they will appear on the Merchants Solution and the Loyalty Programme. Please be cautious with the logo uploading guidelines in order to obtain optimum performance.

Proposed Dimensions:

– Logo dimensions 400×400 pixels

– Images Dimensions 600×400 pixels

* Note: If you are not familiar with images modification, please use an image editor or contact your graphic designer. The specific section can be skipped and completed after the images are ready.

 

What happens after I register?

After completing your registration, you will be directed to the GoUp Merchant Solution main screen and guided through a walkthrough to fully understand the application features. In the meantime, your registration details will be submitted to the GoUp Merchant Solution technical support for review that will be completed within 48 hours.

In the case where you submit inappropriate content, false or misleading information, GoUp will either request corrections and clarifications or will reject your registration and suspend your account.

After your account approval, you will be able to fully utilize your application based on the subscription package you are enrolled on.

– Main Screen

The main screen contains 5 to 8 buttons. Specifically, it contains the following buttons:

– Points:

The button that allows the merchant to credit the customers points. The points contain 3 buttons and the numeric keyboard. Specifically, it contains the following buttons:

        -> Phone: The merchant can credit the customer points using the customers phone number

        -> Scan: The merchant can type the customer points and press scan. The customer will have to scan his/ hers unique QR code found in the GoUp Loyalty Programme to earn his/ hers points.

        -> Cancel: Press to go back to the Main Menu

– Rewards:

The rewards button will be active only when you have active campaigns. Once you have active campaigns, a list with your campaigns will appear to select the campaign in interest. Once you make the selection, a pop-up dialogue with 3 buttons will appear.

        -> Cancel: Press to go back to the Main Menu

        -> Phone: The merchant can charge the customer points using the customers phone number (Note1)

        -> Scan: The customer will have to scan his/ hers unique QR code found in the GoUp Loyalty Programme and the points will be deducted from the customers wallet according to the campaign goal.

*Note1: The Phone will be available only if you activate the “Redeem by Phone Number” while adding a new campaign

– Apple store and Google Play

The Apple Store and Google Play buttons provide a QR code that can be scanned from any QR scanner. The code leads your customer directly to his device store to download the GoUp Loyalty Programme for free and follow your Campaigns and Announcements.

– Side Menu

By pressing the menu button, the side menu which allows you to take full control of your Loyalty Programme appear. The other three available buttons will appear only when you add shortcuts from the settings menu, one button per shortcut added.

 

Campaigns:

The campaigns screen is comprised of 3 buttons. Each campaign you add is editable as well. The buttons are as follows:

        –  Side menu: By pressing the menu button, the side menu which allows you to take full control of your Loyalty Programme appear

        – (?) Button: The question mark button provides an example of adding a campaign to assist you add your first campaign.

        – (+) button: The plus button allows you to add a new campaign, according to your subscription plan.

 

How do I Create New Campaign?

This screen is a form where you fill your campaign details. You enable the cash campaign button if you wish to reward your clients with cashback instead of gifts.

Once you enable the cash campaign, you have to complete the campaign name and description. You have to enable the Redeem by Phone Number button only if you are willing to redeem your client points through their phone number (not only scan) and finally, in the “Cash Percentage” field you will have to add the returning percentage. After completing the form, you press “ADD” in order to publish your campaign and notify your clients with a direct notification on his/ her device where they have installed GoUp Loyalty Programme for free and followed your store. Please keep in mind that your customer has to have enabled his/ her notifications in order to receive your announcement.

In the case where you will not add a cash returning campaign, but a point Note 2 campaign (i.e. complete 100 points to earn a free t-shirt), you have to complete the campaign name and description. You have to enable the Redeem by Phone Number button only if you are willing to redeem your client points through their phone number (not only scan), complete the goal (points target) that your customer have to reach in order to earn the given reward and finally select the expiration date. After completing the form, you press “ADD” in order to publish your campaign and notify your clients with a direct notification on his/ her device where they have installed GoUp Loyalty Programme for free and followed your store. Please keep in mind that your customer has to have enabled his/ her notifications in order to receive your announcement.

Note 2 You as a merchant will decide the currency to points equivalent (i.e. 1 euro equals 1 point or 10 euros equal 1 point). Please be cautious to keep the equivalent constant in every campaign.

 

Announcements:

The Announcements screen is comprised of 2 buttons. Each announcement you add is editable as well. The buttons are as follows:

        – Side menu: By pressing the menu button, the side menu which allows you to take full control of your Loyalty Programme appear

        – (+) button: The plus button allows you to add a new announcement, according to your subscription plan.

 

How do I Add New Announcement?

The announcement is everything you want your customer to know, such as new offers, upcoming events, and vacations. After you add an announcement, your customers receive a direct notification on his/ her device where they have installed GoUp Loyalty Programme for free and followed your store. Please keep in mind that your customer has to have enabled his/ her notifications in order to receive your announcement.

 

Activity

The activity screen contains all transactions happened from each account (not device). It contains the credited and/ or debited points or cash. The activity contains the customer name as entered from each customer on their GoUp Loyalty Programme registration, the user name (employee), the date and time of each transaction and the value. Green color values indicate a credit to the customer and red color values indicate a charge from the customer’s balance. The activity can be filtered by date. Each registration in the activity screen is a button and leads to each customer summary and details.

 

Followers

The followers screen contains a list with each customer have followed your account in GoUp Loyalty Programme. The accounts appearing on this list are not necessarily clients of yours and they will be removed from this list once they unfollow you. Each account appearing in the followers’ screen is a button and leads to each customer summary and details.

 

Clients

The clients screen contains a list with each customer have scanned on your GoUp Merchant solution device to earn points. The accounts appearing on this list are necessarily clients of yours and even if they unfollow your store in GoUp Merchants Solution they will not be removed from this list. Each account appearing in the clients’ screen is a button and leads to each customer summary and details.

 

Analytics

The analytics screen contains pie chart that present your given points, pending points and points redeemed. Different pie chart in the same section contains the corresponding values for the cash campaigns (cash return).  The analytics can be filtered by date and their use are for mostly for accounting reasons.

 

Settings

The setting button is comprised of 4 buttons. The buttons are as follows:

    – General Settings

    – Shortcuts

    – Edit Business Logo and Images

    – Edit Business Details

 

General Settings:

The general settings screen will let you edit your Shop Name and Device Name.

– Shortcuts

The application will allow you to add up to three shortcuts that will appear on your main screen. This tool is to assist you reduce time spent on the procedure especially for businesses where the customer load may be shrinking in a specific time frame (i.e. coffee shops). The shortcut button allows to add a predefined value for a product that is more frequently sell (i.e. freddo espresso) and select the most convenient method of crediting the specific value (i.e. scan).

 

– Edit Business Logo and Images

The specific section allows the replacement of your logo and Business images. After uploading new photos their review will last 48 hours at most before being published. The review happens to ensure that no misleading or inappropriate content will be published.

 

– Edit Business Details

The Business Details screen is similar to the “Enter Business Details” filled during the registration. Some details found in this section need to be reviewed prior editing, therefore, not all fields are editable. The about section contains the pricing where you can change your subscription plan, the terms & conditions and Privacy policy.

 

Logout

Once you logout from the application you will have to enter your credentials in order to use the application.
