Introduction

The GoUp Merchants Solution Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) provided by ETGA Solutions Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the contents and use of the Application and governs data collection, retention, and usage. By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy applies to merchants as well as members and visitors of the Application.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is help you understand the way we collect and use personal data and the choices you have. We welcome any comments or questions you may have.

Collection of Personal Data

We collect your personal data when you provide us with that data.

More specifically, when you create your profile in the Application as a merchant, you register some personal data which we collect and control as necessary to provide you with the services of the Application and enable you to provide your customers / followers with the benefits of the Application.

You can manage your personal data contained in your Profile Account at any time by logging in and editing the information.

We collect personal data, such as your e-mail address, identification number, post code, name, home or work address, as well as telephone number.  We also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender.

Information about access times is also collected by us. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service and the Application, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Application.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. We do not accept responsibility for this.

 

Use of Personal Data

We collect and use your personal information to operate the Application and deliver the services you have requested and provide you with all the benefits deriving from the Application.

We may use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from us and/or our affiliates. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

In addition, we may use your data for statistical purposes, to monitor the progress of the Application, the frequency of actions/rewards/points credited into the account of users and relevant purposes and we may use the statistics conducted to provide further information to the Merchants we collaborate with.

We do not sell, rent or lease our merchant or customer lists to any third parties. The only relation to your personal data and any third parties involved is specified in point 4, below. In addition, we may share data with trusted partners such as IT administrators and more, to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Also, we may process personal information for carefully considered and specific purposes for the legitimate interest of the Application and/or the Company, in order to enhance the services, we provide, including communications which we think may be of interest to you, for the benefit of our members / visitors. Such processing of persona data will only take place provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not overriding.

 

Personal Data and Third Parties

When you proceed with the purchase of the GoUp Merchants Solution Application you will be directed to Google for the payments section. The relevant terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy are provided in the Google Play Store, Apple store or Huawei App Gallery.
For the moment we do not transfer your data to any other third parties other than the Merchants that each user follows, and our trusted partners and IT administrators as described above.

If any changes are made in this policy, we will promptly notify you.

 

Security of Personal Data

We make sure that your personal information is secured from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We secure the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

We will not keep your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the intended purpose for which you provided us with your personal data. We may keep your data for a longer period if we are requested to do so by applicable laws and/or regulations.

 

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have certain rights regarding the personal data we collect:

  •    – to receive information on the personal data we hold about you and how such personal data is used (right to access);

  •    – to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you (right to data rectification);

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and customer feedback as well as applicable laws and regulations. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your information. In case we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will provide notice through our services, through the Application or by emailing you, or by other means, to provide you with the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective and in case you disagree, enable you to object to the changes made and/or elect to close your account and end your membership.

If you agree with the changes made and acknowledge the new content of the Privacy Policy, you may continue the use of our services after we notify you for the changes effected, either by emailing you or after publishing the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
